  • Payment At Closing – You are issued a check at the time of closing. You don’t have to wait until the end of the month to get paid for your title services.
  • NO FEES to become a Chicago Title Agent.
  • Minimize Clerical Work - Because Chicago Title types the Title Commitment and Title Policy for you, you will save time and stay focused on the legal matters of the transaction. Upload ancillary documents and receive email notifications when title documents are posted for review.
  • Over 35 Closing Locations – for your use throughout the Chicago Metropolitan area.
  • Non-exclusive Contract – you may act as a Chicago Title Agent or place title orders with other title companies.
  • No Minimum Order Requirement – you are not obligated to place a predetermined number of orders with Chicago Title.
  • Access to Superior Land Records – Chicago Title prepares your search package directly from our own title plant – the most extensive collection of land records in the Chicago Metropolitan area.
